咖喱的种类很多,以国家来分,其源地就有印度、斯里兰卡、泰国、新加坡、马来西亚等;以颜色来分,有红、青、黄、白之别,根据配料细节上的不同来区分种类口味的咖喱大约有十多种之多,这些迥异不同的香料的汇集在一起,就能够构成各种咖喱的各种令人意想不到的浓郁香味。
黄咖喱口味酸中略带辣味 ,非常适合亚洲人的口味,例如制作咖喱鸡,咖喱牛,咖喱羊,咖喱蔬菜,咖喱海鲜。
我今天用的这款大喜大的黄金咖喱,味道非常纯正,我以前都是买咖喱粉做菜,自从用了大喜大的黄金咖喱以后,才算真正品尝到了咖喱那浓郁的香味,超爱呀。

  • 柠檬1/2个
  • 小米椒2-3只,切圈
  • 大喜大黄金咖喱3块(微辣)
  • 椰汁80毫升
  • 蒜末1/2大勺
  • 1/2大勺

  • 1.准备原料。
  • 2.薄荷洗净,剁碎。
  • 3.大虾洗净,从背部剪开虾壳。
  • 4.用牙签挑出虾线。
  • 5.炒锅倒入植物油烧热,下葱蒜末、小米椒圈爆香。
  • 6.放入大虾,炒至变色。
  • 7.放入大喜大黄金咖喱。
  • 8.倒入椰汁。
  • 9.挤入柠檬汁,翻炒均匀。
  • 10.倒入薄荷碎,焖煮约2-3分钟。
  • 11.最后加入盐调味即可。
