  • 红枣肉150克
  • 冰糖250克
  • 黄酒250克

Steps to make 核桃红枣桂圆芝麻阿胶膏

  • 1.所有原料:阿胶、熟黑芝麻、熟核桃仁、桂圆肉、红枣肉、冰糖。
  • 2.阿胶隔包装敲碎。
  • 3.用黄酒浸2-3天,泡软即可。
  • 4.黑芝麻用平锅炒熟。
  • 5.核桃用烤箱烤熟备用。
  • 6.用隔水蒸的方法将阿胶溶化,用时半小时,要注意搅拌。
  • 7.将冰糖加入后要不断搅拌,至完全溶解大概半小时,冰糖溶解后阿胶会越来越粘稠,用勺了舀起不会有流下和滴下现象。
  • 8.加入熟核桃仁搅拌至完全包裹住。
  • 9.加入桂圆肉进行搅拌完全包裹均匀。
  • 10.加入红枣肉进行搅拌完全包裹均匀。
  • 11.加入熟黑芝麻搅拌完全包裹均匀。
  • 12.全部材料搅拌均匀后要趁热立即倒入保鲜盒中,阿胶膏就做成了。
  • 13.冷凉后放冰箱冷藏24小时,取出翻扣在案子上,揭下保鲜膜,切每片10克即可。
  • 14.切片后存放在封闭的盒子或罐子里保存。
