西洋菜是朋友给的。他家去亲戚家玩,回来看见路边长了一遍野生的西洋菜,就割了很多回来,给了我一大袋,老的根部我用来煲老火汤了,嫩的部位就烫着吃,很好吃呢。

  • 1.西洋菜洗干净。
  • 2.龙利鱼片切薄片。(我切得太薄了,煮的时候都碎掉了。)
  • 3.用料酒,盐腌10分钟。
  • 4.锅放水烧开,放入1大匙油。
  • 5.放入西洋菜煮开。
  • 6.然后放入鱼片煮至鱼片变白。
  • 7.最后放盐和糖调味即可。
