蜜红豆艾草糯米糍

Steps to make 蜜红豆艾草糯米糍

  • 1.准备:自己种的艾草摘洗干净,入开水锅煮五分钟,捞出来沥水(家里没有小苏打,碱如有可以放一点成品颜色会更漂亮。
  • 2.把艾草放入破壁机里添加适量的水打成汁。
  • 3.50克澄粉。
  • 4.用滚烫的开水倒入快速搅拌均匀没有白点就可以。
  • 5.准备糯米粉放入大碗面少量多次的添加艾草汁,和成软硬适中的面团。
  • 6.然后把熟澄粉面团二合一充分的揉在一起。
  • 7.这是揉好的面团。
  • 8.准备蜜红豆。
  • 9.取一小面团捏成饼状,放入蜜红豆,包好不漏馅就可以。
  • 10.依次的包好放在油纸上中火蒸20分钟。
  • 11.蒸好了,颜色有点淡,不知道是水多了还是没加碱或小苏打的原因,不过原汁原味也挺好的淡淡的绿也不错。
  • 12.加了澄粉的比例口感更软糯Q,比加粘米粉更好,这是我做过之后对比的结果,粘米粉会硬口一点,大家可以参考一下。
