【迷你玛德琳蛋糕】
前些天在网上拍了几个柠檬,价格非常给力,收到货之后立马就开始想要怎么用,当时脑海里一晃而过的就是玛德琳的可爱身影。
家里并没有适合做玛德琳的模子,所以赶紧的从店里发了一个过来,洗洗涮涮之后就开始动手了。
柠檬很新鲜,那股清新的香气也很浓郁,操作的整个过程中,香气一直弥而不散,等到最后烤好入口的那一瞬间,香甜的味道迅速充满口腔,那感觉很好。。。


材料:
低筋面粉50g,细砂糖50g,鸡蛋1个,黄油50g,柠檬皮1/4个,泡打粉1.5g(1/4小勺+1/8小勺),香草精几滴,盐一撮

Steps to make 【迷你玛德琳蛋糕】

  • 1.取一个柠檬清洗干净后取其1/4皮,剁碎成屑,备用
  • 2.将鸡蛋打入盆中,加糖
  • 3.搅拌均匀,注意只要搅匀即可,不必打发
  • 4.加入柠檬皮屑
  • 5.滴入香草精
  • 6.搅拌均匀后筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,再加入一小撮盐
  • 7.继续搅拌均匀
  • 8.黄油隔水融化成液态
  • 9.倒入之前混匀的面糊中
  • 10.搅匀后盖好,放入冰箱冷藏一小时
  • 11.取出面糊,放在室温下回温至流动状,装入裱花袋
  • 12.在硅胶模的贝壳表面抹一薄层黄油
  • 13.然后挤入约8分满的面糊
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱中层,190度,约12分钟
  • 15.出炉
  • 16.立即脱模,晾凉后装袋保存即可
