自制肉松
过年从老家带来的笨猪肉,还有很多,挑出瘦肉,做点肉松应该不错,补充蛋白质很不错的食物吧

  • 生抽三勺
  • 绵白糖两勺
  • 料酒三勺

Steps to make 自制肉松

  • 1.准备猪瘦肉,用清水浸泡两个小时
  • 2.炒锅放水,放入猪肉焯一下
  • 3.花椒大料葱姜,再加几片香叶,把猪肉放高压锅里压熟
  • 4.压好的猪肉凉凉
  • 5.撕成细丝,这是个极其艰苦的过程,撕的越细越好,我这个撕的不够细,还干了2个多小时呢
  • 6.炒锅放少许油,放入肉丝,用最小火慢慢的炒,不停的翻动肉丝,以保证受热均匀
  • 7.炒到一半的过程中,加入生抽,白糖,料酒,继续炒到干透为止,这个过程也很辛苦,我炒了一个多小时。
  • 8.成品,撕的细点就更好了,不过味道棒棒哒!
