汤好面才好——鸡肉丸汤煮乌冬

Steps to make 汤好面才好——鸡肉丸汤煮乌冬

  • 1.准备好食材。豆芽洗净,水煮笋鱼板切片,鸡肉馅儿放一勺酱油一勺料酒腌渍。
  • 2.锅内放油,下葱花爆香。
  • 3.先后放入笋片,鱼板和豆芽,翻炒均匀。
  • 4.同时炝入料酒和酱油,倒入适量清水。
  • 5.将鸡肉馅儿做成鸡丸,放到煮开的汤中。
  • 6.另起一锅水,煮开,放入乌冬面。
  • 7.煮开的汤放盐调味,淋少许麻油。
  • 8.将乌冬面捞到碗里,倒入煮好的汤,撒海苔丝和芝麻装饰即可。
