儿子吃了一次朋友做的曲奇,连连称赞说好吃,我心中甚是有“醋意”,平时不大做,因为黄油用的多,恰好团购了一些,曲奇咱也舍得挥霍了。曲奇一般加淡奶油调节,克增加粉量,降低黄油比例,我用牛奶代替效果也不错,造价更低了。

Steps to make 花朵小曲奇

  • 1.备料。黄油室温充分软化,盐加入牛奶融化,白糖和糖粉混合。
  • 2.黄油先打顺滑,再分次加糖粉打发,颜色变白一些,体积膨胀。
  • 3.牛奶粉四五次加入打匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,用橡皮刮刀或者扁平的勺子,把面粉和黄油搅拌均匀,直到面粉全部湿润即可。不要过度搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌好后的面糊状态如图所示,能基本成型。因牛奶的浓度不大一样,所以粉量请自行调整。
  • 6.选择十齿花嘴,将面糊装入裱花带。
  • 7.在烤盘上挤出花纹。
  • 8.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,12分钟左右。曲奇底部容易上色,另一盘试了下上层175度时间一样烤色也可。
