Steps to make 法式烤羊排

  • 1.上一张蔬菜主图。
  • 2.羊排用盐、黑胡椒、迷迭香碎、少量红酒、蜂蜜、腌制半小时以上。
  • 3.蔬菜切块备用。
  • 4.煎锅内放入适量黄油下蒜头炒香,放入腌制过的羊排,两面各煎一分钟。
  • 5.烤箱预热上下200℃,烤制15分钟。同时蔬菜翻炒熟后备用。
  • 6.面包糠、蒜泥、迷迭香碎干锅炒至金黄备用。
  • 7.烤好的羊排刷上黄芥末酱。
  • 8.刷酱后的羊排再裹上面包糠就可摆盘了。
  • 9.成品:羊排配蔬菜。
  • 10.里面的羊排还带着点粉红色,外香里嫩很好吃。
