桑葚有乌发、白嫩皮肤,延缓衰老,还能增强免疫力、促消化作用。个大、肉厚、紫红色为佳品!另外在熬制桑葚的时候一定不能用铁器,因为桑葚会分解酸性物质,会跟铁产生化学反应,引起中毒!

Steps to make 桑葚果酱

  • 1.铁皮盖子的玻璃瓶,瓶和盖子开水锅里煮15分钟消毒,控净水晾干备用!
  • 2.桑葚剪去茎部
  • 3.清水加少许盐泡15分钟
  • 4.清洗几遍后控水,加入白砂糖拌匀
  • 5.拌匀后盖上保鲜膜入冷藏室腌制一晚
  • 6.连汁带桑葚都倒到不锈钢锅里,烧开
  • 7.转小点火熬制,其间手勺搅动,避免糊锅,待汁明显减少时加入麦芽糖和柠檬汁
  • 8.接着熬一会,火要小,不断搅动,浓稠即可关火
  • 9.立即装瓶拧紧盖子,倒扣!凉后入冷藏室保存,各个环节处理得当,几个月都不坏!
