  • 淡奶油100克
  • 海绵蛋糕1个
  • 樱桃50个
  • 白糖(奶油)30克
  • 白糖(樱桃)10克
  • 巧克力一大块
  • 朗姆酒50ml
  • 香草精2滴

Steps to make 黑森林蛋糕

  • 1.将30克白糖分两次加入刚刚从冰箱里拿出的淡奶油,用打蛋器打发。加入两滴香草精。
  • 2.将樱桃切开,去去胡。朗姆酒加入糖,把樱桃泡在里面。泡20分钟,充分吸收。
  • 3.把海绵蛋糕切成3份,在最下面那层得上面洒上加糖的朗姆酒,然后涂抹一层刚刚打发的奶油。之后,在奶油上面摆上泡好的樱桃。中间那层做相同的处理,然后盖上最上面一层海绵蛋糕。
  • 4.抹平奶油。把剩下的奶油装进裱花器,挤上造型。
  • 5.我用削皮刀一点一点削的巧克力屑,技术不好 削不出很卷的,据说用小刀削得更好看。削得我手酸极了...哎...
  • 6.洒上巧克力屑
  • 7.摆上樱桃
