糖醋焖藕
以前做藕基本上都是炒着吃的,今天做的这个的藕即像炒又像拌,是介于炒和拌之间的方法,清脆的藕片酸甜适中,再加上花椒那麻香的口感,味道还是蛮不错的。

  • 1.莲藕一节
  • 2.去皮后切片
  • 3.水烧热焯烫莲藕
  • 4.捞出过凉开水
  • 5.准备一小碗糖醋汁:酱油1勺、生抽1勺、醋2勺、白糖2勺
  • 6.炒锅烧热倒少许油爆香花椒粒后弃之
  • 7.接着倒入勾兑的糖醋汁
  • 8.倒入焯烫后的藕片
  • 9.盖盖焖2-3分钟即可
