香肠面包之花朵形
曾经以为制作面包是那么的难,曾经计划把它放到最后再来学,曾经顿顿早餐都是面条荷包蛋,现在,竟然换成了“高大上”的花式面包。不能不感谢我们的美食网站,潜移默化地改变着我们的生活,悄悄地提高着我们的饮食水平。

  • 酵母粉4克
  • 香肠8根
  • 白糖40克
  • 2克
  • 植物油20克

Steps to make 香肠面包之花朵形

  • 1.面团的制作,一次发酵和中间醒发,请参看:http://home.meishichina.com/recipe-214649.html,其中的步骤1到8.
  • 2.取一块小面坯,按扁排气,抻成长形,将提前剥好的香肠放在中间部分。
  • 3.然后将面皮儿对折,捏紧。
  • 4.用锋利的刀,将裹了香肠的面切连刀,靠自己近的这一边面皮儿和香肠已经切断,离自己远的那一边面皮儿是连在一起的。
  • 5.然后将每一片香肠翻转90度,让香肠的横切面朝上。
  • 6.再首尾相接,最后一片做花芯。
  • 7.花朵餐包就完成了。
  • 8.依次做好花朵面坯,放温暖处二次发酵,注意保湿。发至2倍大小,即可烤制。
  • 9.烤箱190度预热5分钟,160度烤20分钟左右即熟。
