  • 1.准备戚风蛋糕;
  • 2.剖出1片备用;
  • 3.南瓜去皮蒸熟;
  • 4.过筛后加入绵白糖;
  • 5.加入100克牛奶;
  • 6.拌匀;
  • 7.鱼胶粉用50克牛奶浸润后隔水加热成鱼胶溶液;
  • 8.将鱼胶溶液倒入南瓜泥中拌匀后,将南瓜泥浇入蛋糕模,放入冰箱冷藏数小时;
  • 9.菠萝味QQ糖加入水;
  • 10.隔水加热至融化;
  • 11.将QQ糖溶液浇在冻好的南瓜慕斯表面;
  • 12.再放入冰箱冷藏至镜面结冻,脱模;
  • 13.切割,用燕麦片装饰;
  • 14.完成。
