  • 4.锅中加水,将紫薯放进去大火煮开,小火炖煮20分钟。
  • 5.将桂圆和雪梨块放进去小火炖煮10分钟。
  • 6.要是觉得颜色有点深可以滴几滴柠檬汁。
  • 7.再将冰糖放进去小火煮化关火。
  • 8.雪梨和桂圆都被染成了紫色,看着很有食欲,滋润补水,越喝皮肤越水灵。
