自制牛肉松
我儿子爱吃牛肉,提议让做点牛肉松配面包吃。我是积极响应,立即买了牛肉来给做肉松。三斤牛肉做了不到一斤的肉松,生牛肉就花了100多块,成本高哦,超市卖几十块钱一斤的牛肉松,如果也说是纯肉的,你信吗?反正我是不信。还是自己做 的贵是贵点,真材实料啊。我那个宝贝儿子,说是配面包吃,结果都让他捏着吃了,坐那儿没事就捏着吃,只吃肉松,哈哈,这两天忙,我帖子还没顾上发,肉松都快给消灭光了。你家如果也有这么一个牛肉控的孩子,就动手给他做吧,放心又健康的零食,孩子吃了身强体壮。

Steps to make 自制牛肉松

  • 1.买了三斤生牛肉
  • 2.把牛肉用水浸泡半少时,泡出血水。中间要换几次水
  • 3.备好煮肉料:花椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、小茴香、丁香、姜片、干辣椒
  • 4.煮肉料和牛肉全部放入锅中,小火煮一个小时。(也可以用压力锅压15分钟)
  • 5.煮好的牛肉捞出来晾凉
  • 6.手撕成丝,把筋膜的部分挑出来。这个工程很巨大,3斤牛肉我撕了几个小时。
  • 7.撕好的肉丝放入保鲜袋,用擀面杖反复擀,然后再适当撕松散
  • 8.锅中放适量的油,下入牛肉丝炒
  • 9.炒到快干的时候,放入盐、糖和特级酱油
  • 10.继续翻炒入味,把肉基本炒干
  • 11.因牛肉韧性很好,炒好后感觉比较粗硬,我就放入料理机的绞肉杯中,用绞肉档搅拌了一遍,这样肉丝被搅拌的比较蓬松了
  • 12.再稍微炒至一下就行了。自己做的肉松,入口满满的都是牛肉的香味。不像买的那种,吃不出牛肉的味道哦。
