    • 4.水开后放入毛豆,再放入比平时多一点的盐。
    • 5.放入一勺食用油。
    • 6.放入半勺食用碱,小火煮十五分钟。
    • 7.捞岀过凉水。
    • 8.蒜末和小米椒放入碗水,淋上一勺热油。
    • 9.放入盐。
    • 10.白糖。
    • 11.两勺生抽。
    • 12.一勺蚝油。
    • 13.一勺半香醋。
    • 14.拌匀。
    • 15.淋在毛豆上,放入冰箱冷藏两小时即可。
