香煎嫩豆腐

  • 青椒一小片

  • 老抽两茶匙

  • 香油三滴

  • 1.原料备齐
  • 2.豆腐切约一厘米的片,葱蒜青红椒肉切末
  • 3.豆腐沾蛋液
  • 4.煎到两面金黄,拿出备用
  • 5.肉沫炒变色
  • 6.加葱蒜末炒香
  • 7.加青红椒末,然后加胡椒粉,老抽,炒香加水,加盐一茶匙
  • 8.豆腐放回,稍稍炖一小会
  • 9.剩余少量汤汁,加蚝油香油,香味出来就可以关火啦
  • 10.淋到豆腐上就完成!
  • 11.没有艺术细胞,不会找角度拍照,就是这么悲催
