  • 1.起锅烧热,加油和一丢丢盐,油七成热时,磕入一个鸡蛋,煎成荷包蛋。

  • 5.准备好卤牛肉,切成片、杏鲍菇切成小条、丝瓜切成大片。
  • 6.装好米的砂锅大火烧开,用筷子划几下,以免糊底。
  • 7.转最小火,煮至米冒大泡泡,水分快要收干时。
  • 8.依次摆上卤牛肉,丝瓜、杏鲍菇、荷包蛋。
  • 9.焖几分钟,能听到滋滋声(全程最小火,12分钟就可以)。
  • 10.卤牛肉上浇上卤汁,再焖一分钟离火,再虚焖5分钟。
  • 11.好了,淋上生抽和香油。
  • 12.好了,摆上香菜,装饰一下。
