  • 茭瓜1截
  • 青尖椒1个
  • 红尖椒1个
  • 大葱1截
  • 韩国辣椒酱1大勺
  • 粗辣椒粉2大勺
  • 酱油1小勺
  • 1小勺
  • 糖稀1小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/2小勺
  • 香油2小勺
  • 葱末1大勺
  • 蒜末1/2小勺
  • 姜末1/2小勺

Steps to make 韩式辣炒章鱼面

  • 1.鱿鱼(章鱼)治净,撕去外皮;切成约5、6厘米长的段;(没买到章鱼,用鱿鱼代替)
  • 2.入沸水锅中一汆;迅速捞起过凉,沥干水分备用;
  • 3.各式配菜洗净,洋葱、胡萝卜、茭瓜切片,青红辣椒、大葱切斜段备用;
  • 4.所有酱汁材料放入大碗,搅拌均匀成酱汁备用;
  • 5.细面条煮熟;捞出过水,沥干水分备用;
  • 6.起炒锅,热锅凉油爆香大葱、洋葱、胡萝卜,再下入其它蔬菜和一半酱汁;
  • 7.翻炒均匀;
  • 8.下入焯好的鱿鱼和另一半酱汁;
  • 9.翻炒均匀,起锅装盘!
  • 10.与面条拌匀,开搓!
