红豆沙冰皮月饼

  • 玉米油20ml
  • 牛奶185克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 红豆沙250克
  • 熟糯米粉20克

Steps to make 红豆沙冰皮月饼

  • 1.准备所有材料。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入碗内,并将糖粉及玉米油倒入搅拌均匀。
  • 3.再将糯米粉、粘米粉、澄面倒入碗内搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅拌均匀的混合面糊静置30分钟。
  • 5.起蒸锅将面糊蒸15至20分钟蒸熟。(中间开盖搅拌一次)
  • 6.蒸熟的面糊放凉后揉成光滑的冰皮面团。
  • 7.将面团及红豆沙分成10等份。
  • 8.将面团压扁,将红豆沙包入,并用虎口慢慢旋转收口。
  • 9.搓圆并在表面粘点熟糯米粉防粘。
  • 10.将月饼面团放入月饼模。
  • 11.在檊面板上按压月饼模即成形,做好放入冰箱冷藏一晚即可食用。
