【柠檬曲奇】

Steps to make 【柠檬曲奇】

  • 1.准备好需要的材料。
  • 2.刨柠檬皮屑一个,挤出新鲜柠檬汁备用。
  • 3.黄油室温软化后,用打蛋器搅打顺滑,加入糖粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.分两次加入鸡蛋黄,每次搅拌完全融合后再加入下一次,避免油蛋分离,稍打发至蓬松、发白。
  • 5.加入柠檬皮屑,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入新鲜柠檬汁,搅拌均匀。
  • 7. 筛入低筋面粉,切拌均匀,不要转圈搅拌,要从底部往上捞起切拌,避免面粉出筋。
  • 8.选择喜欢的裱花嘴放入裱花袋,然后把面团加入到裱花袋里面。
  • 9.垂直于烤盘,慢慢的绕圈均匀挤出花型即可。
  • 10. 将烤盘放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度上下火,烤约20分钟。
