  • 1.猪蹄处理干净后冷水下锅,加入1勺料酒,开大火焯水,水煮开后煮几分钟,把浮沫撇掉,捞起来冲洗干净备用。
  • 2.起锅下油,放葱姜炒后,放猪蹄炒(去水气、增香气)。
  • 3.加黄肖氏酱香烧汁炒匀(半个猪蹄大概80克酱汁就足够了,可以根据自己的口味调节)。
  • 4.加清水,放提前泡发好的黑豆、红枣、花生煮开。
  • 5.倒入电压力锅炖 30分钟。
