之前看食色做的油茶,想起了小时候妈妈做的,一直想做但又一直拖着,趁着过年赶紧把这个心愿了了。可能所用油不是动物油的过,味道还是和记忆中的有点不一样,不过因为有芝麻和花生的香味,早晨或下午肚子有点小饿的时候,冲一杯还是蛮不错滴。

    Steps to make 油茶

    • 1.面粉。
    • 2.花生碎、黑芝麻、白芝麻。
    • 3.热锅小火,将面粉放入不停的翻炒,大概炒10分钟,面粉变色后盛出。
    • 4.再次热锅放入适量食用油和香油,将黑白芝麻花生碎放入其中炒香。
    • 5.随后加入炒好的面粉。
    • 6.还是小火,再不停的翻炒几分钟即可。
