自制奶酪棒
“六一”儿童节了,给家里的小朋友们做点好吃的——奶酪棒。在超市能买到奶酪棒,自己做就是图一个乐呵;另外,还能带着小宝贝一起做,也是个不错的亲子活动。

所用材料很简单,有牛奶、芝士片、吉利丁片、白糖就成了。用棒棒糖模具做出来的奶酪棒更萌趣,如果没有就用小杯子盛一下,用勺子挖着吃也OK。

Steps to make 自制奶酪棒

  • 1.材料大合影:纯牛奶,芝士片,吉利丁片,白糖,不粘煮锅,棒棒糖硅胶模具、硅胶量杯。
  • 2.吉利丁片剪小块,用凉水泡软后再使用。
  • 3.牛奶、白糖、芝士片同入不粘煮锅,小火加热,不时用耐高温硅胶铲搅拌。
  • 4.加热牛奶的时候,把棒棒糖纸棒插入模具中。
  • 5.芝士片完全融化,关火,晾3分钟后将泡软的吉利丁片放入牛奶中,充分搅拌使其融化。
  • 6.煮锅没有导流嘴,所以把牛奶芝士融液倒入硅胶量杯。
  • 7.将牛奶芝士融液倒入模具中,9、10分满均可。
  • 8.一共灌了这么多盘,盖上盖子,取一个平盘,将模具放在平盘中,连棒棒都能装下,这样冷藏和拿取时都有很好的保护效果。
  • 9.将模具叠放,入冰箱冷藏至完全凝固,时间约为1小时。
  • 10.用手将模具轻轻拉扯,底部向上顶一下,就能把奶酪棒轻松取下来了。
