  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.沙拉油(31.2克) 牛奶(26.8克) 低筋面粉(35.2克)
  • 3.用蛋抽搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入蛋黄(33.2克)
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.蛋白(60克)+糖(29.2克) 盐(1小撮) 柠檬汁(1滴)
  • 7.打发至有明显纹路
  • 8.将三分之一的蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中
  • 9.搅拌成大理石花纹状
  • 10.再将剩余的分2次加入搅拌均匀
  • 11.倒入烤盘里
  • 12.进行烘烤190°12~14分钟
  • 13.烤出来的蛋糕胚切成3cm的小方块铺在模具底部
  • 14.果泥(49.2克)加热,将准备好的吉利丁(2.8克)放入慢慢融化
  • 15.慢慢融化
  • 16.淡奶油(91.6克) 糖(20.8克)
  • 17.打发至6成左右
  • 18.加入已经搅拌好的草莓果泥
  • 19.搅拌均匀
  • 20.在铺好一层蛋糕胚的模具里挤上一层草莓慕斯
  • 21.然后再放一层蛋糕胚
  • 22.再挤上一层慕斯
  • 23.挤完后放冰箱冷藏30分钟左右
