南瓜磅蛋糕
之前很排斥磅蛋糕,总觉得热量太高,吃了容易发胖,这次是用南瓜做的,多粗粮,少脂肪,好吃又好看。

  • 低筋粉70克
  • 杏仁粉20克
  • 黄油70克
  • 糖粉55克
  • 鸡蛋液70克
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 朗姆酒2克

Steps to make 南瓜磅蛋糕

  • 1.黄油软化后加入糖粉,打发至完全吸收
  • 2.鸡蛋液慢慢加入中速打发。每加入一次,打至完全吸收后,再加入下一次
  • 3.黄油打发至体积增大,颜色发白后,加入朗姆酒打匀,再加入南瓜泥
  • 4.搅拌拌匀
  • 5.所有粉类事先混合过筛一次,再筛入打发好的黄油中
  • 6.翻拌至面糊呈现出有光泽的状态
  • 7.装入一次性裱花袋中,均匀挤入模具
  • 8.表面撒上南瓜籽仁,震几下模具
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中下层140度,烤制约45分钟。烤制约10分钟的时候,刀子沾水从中间划一道
  • 10.表面上色均匀后即可出炉趁热脱模
  • 11.脱模后,趁着有点余温裹上保鲜膜冷藏1天后食用,口感更佳
