海鲜焗饭
焗饭,顾名思义是一种被浓香芝士覆盖着的一种食物,是芝士与米饭的完美结合。在里面加入海鲜又让整体口感提升一个档次,让味蕾充满鲜味,口口满足。

Steps to make 海鲜焗饭

  • 1.将青红椒和洋葱切成小块,香菇切片备用;
  • 2.将姜片水煮沸,放入蛤蜊煮开、大虾沸水煮2min去腥
  • 3.米饭加入番茄沙司、牛奶、盐和胡椒粉、拌匀;
  • 4.将米饭平铺在焗饭模具中,撒少许的奶酪丝;
  • 5.将青红椒和洋葱块放在奶酪丝上;
  • 6.将蛤蜊、大虾和香菇均匀的铺在模具中;
  • 7.最后将剩余的奶酪丝铺在最表面;
  • 8.德普烤箱快热210度,烤制15min左右至表面金黄即可
