Steps to make 【东北】可可麻薯软欧包

  • 1.将面团材料中除黄油外放入面包机,启动第一次和面程序
  • 2.第一次和面程序结束后,放入黄油,启动第二次和面程序
  • 3.第二次和面程序结束后,发酵70分钟左右,将面团发酵至原来的两倍大
  • 4.现在做麻薯馅,将黄油、糖、牛奶混合,隔水加热至完全融合
  • 5.倒入木薯粉和糯米粉
  • 6.搅拌至无颗粒状
  • 7.上锅蒸20分钟
  • 8.蒸好后晾凉备用
  • 9.将发好的面团排气,平均分成两份,松弛15分钟
  • 10.麻薯也分成两份
  • 11.取一份麻薯团,上面铺上一层保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成牛舌状
  • 12.切一份可可面团也擀成牛舌状,需要比麻薯团大一点
  • 13.将擀好的麻薯放到擀好的可可面团上
  • 14.撒上蔓越莓干
  • 15.从下往上卷成中间大两头小的形状
  • 16.做好两个
  • 17.启动烤箱发酵功能,放一碗水,将面包发酵大概40分钟,发至原来的两倍大
  • 18.将发酵好的面包表面划几刀,撒上适量高筋粉
  • 19.烤箱预热180度,中层烤25分钟左右,出炉后放到烤网上晾凉
