红薯汤圆
红薯又称地瓜、番薯,是一种营养齐全而丰富的天然滋补食品,富含蛋白质、淀粉、纤维素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、维生素和多种氨基酸,有“长寿食品”之誉。红薯能迅速中和米、面、肉、蛋等食品在人体内所产生的酸性物质,维持人体血液弱碱平衡,将镊入人体的胡萝卜素转化为维生素A。红薯含有大量纤维素和果胶,能刺激消化液分泌及肠胃蠕动,从而起到通便秘功效,是防治便秘最方便、最有效的食疗方法。糯米粉有暖脾胃、补中益气的功效,但是糯米粉比较难消化,与红薯一起食用,能和暖肠胃,利于消化。

Steps to make 红薯汤圆

  • 1.红薯去皮,切薄片放蒸锅里
  • 2.隔水蒸6、7分钟即可
  • 3.用汤匙将红薯压成泥
  • 4.加入糯米粉
  • 5.先将红薯和糯米粉混合
  • 6.再逐少量添加水,和成光滑的面团
  • 7.分成10份,搓成汤圆。也可以包入馅料。未食用的汤圆可以先放入冰箱冷冻保存
  • 8.锅里加水加黄冰糖
  • 9.水煮沸后放入汤圆,煮至浮起1、2分钟,如果有馅料的话要煮长一点时间
  • 10.装在碗里即可品尝
