  • 低筋面粉150g
  • 鸡蛋150g
  • 酸奶100g
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 玉米油20ml
  • 椰子油20ml
  • 泡打粉6g
  • 吉士粉(可不放)1小匙
  • 冰激凌球1个
  • 奥利奥饼干1块
  • 糖针少许
  • 奥利奥巧脆卷2根

Steps to make 鸡蛋仔冰激凌

  • 1.鸡蛋加白砂糖。
  • 2.打至发白起泡。
  • 3.加入酸奶。
  • 4.加入牛奶,也可以只加一种,酸奶或牛奶都可以,搅打均匀。
  • 5.将所有粉类过筛。
  • 6.筛入蛋液中混合搅拌至无颗粒。
  • 7.加入椰子油,没有就直接加玉米油或黄油。
  • 8.加入黄油。
  • 9.搅拌至油完全与面糊融合。
  • 10.静置半小时。
  • 11.预热电饼铛,换鸡蛋仔烤盘,在烤盘上刷一层薄油,倒入适量面糊,盖上盖子。
  • 12.立即将华夫饼机倒过来转一圈,停30秒,让面糊均匀分布。
  • 13.然后正回来继续烤7—10分钟左右,具体时间看机器的实际温度。
  • 14.趁热将鸡蛋仔卷成甜筒的样子固定好定型。时间要快,不然鸡蛋仔凉了就会变脆。
  • 15.舀上一勺自制冰激凌球,撒上糖针,放上奥利奥饼干和巧脆卷就可以享用了。
