自制台式芋圆(附芋圆煮法)
夏天到了,又是一个吃冷饮和甜品的好时节了,自制芋圆健康又美味。老妈买菜的时候只买了紫薯,就紫薯为原料做一个芋圆,南瓜和芋头的做法是一样的,就不另外开食谱了、

Steps to make 自制台式芋圆(附芋圆煮法)

  • 1.将紫薯蒸熟后,用压泥器压制成泥。
  • 2.趁热撒少量的木薯粉搅拌,搅拌均匀
  • 3.在撒入木薯粉搅拌,边撒木薯粉,边搅拌均匀,直至规定量的木薯粉撒完。
  • 4.将揉均匀的紫薯团子,放在硅胶垫子上备用。
  • 5.取出一小块,搓成长条状。
  • 6.切成小丁,就是芋圆了。将小丁搓一下成圆形,就是名副其实的是芋圆了,但是我懒,所以没搓。如果不当场食用,直接放入冰箱冷冻即可。
  • 7.芋圆煮法:将水煮开后,加入芋圆煮,等水再次煮开,芋圆浮起到水面时,再煮一分钟即可。立刻将煮熟的芋圆,放入冰水中,这样才能保证煮出来的芋圆Q弹,自然冷却的芋圆口感会差很多!
