萝卜糕

  • 香肠1根
  • 干香菇10克
  • 虾干10克
  • 半茶匙
  • 1茶匙
  • 蚝油1汤匙

Steps to make 萝卜糕

  • 1.萝卜洗净去皮切丝,香菇泡发切小丁,香肠虾干切小丁。
  • 2.将粘米粉和一半的清水混合均匀。
  • 3.锅烧热,加入适量油,放入虾干炒香。
  • 4.再放入香菇和香肠丁,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加入盐,糖,耗油翻炒均匀
  • 6.加入剩下的一半清水,放入萝卜丝煮至变软。
  • 7.趁热倒入粘米粉糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将混合好的面糊倒入规则的容器中,上锅蒸40分钟左右。
  • 9.出锅后在表面喷上一层油,加盖放凉。
  • 10.放凉后切成块,放入锅中煎至两面金黄即可。
