  • 1.牛肉丸子有点大,一切两半。
  • 2.土豆和胡萝卜去皮洗净,切块。
  • 3.卷心菜洗净,切片。
  • 4.锅中加水,放入牛肉丸子,土豆块和胡萝卜块大火煮开。
  • 5.将胡萝卜和土豆煮至绵软,加入卷心菜煮熟。
  • 6.根据自己的口味加入盐,酱油和胡椒粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.红薯淀粉和水按1:2的比例兑好,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.慢慢加入红薯水淀粉,边倒边搅拌,直到达到合适的浓稠度。
  • 9.来点辣椒油更好吃。
