Steps to make 海参鲍鱼烧腐竹

  • 1.预先发好的海参清洗一遍。
  • 2.腐竹泡软,剪小段。
  • 3.瑶柱(干贝)泡软。
  • 4.蒜去皮,姜切片。
  • 5.冷冻鲍鱼鲜冻清洗干净,切花刀。(老公买的这熟鲍鱼,不好刷净,尽力了只能这样。)
  • 6.葱切葱花。
  • 7.热油锅,把姜蒜爆香。
  • 8.放瑶柱炒一下。
  • 9.倒入泡瑶柱的水和适量清水煮开。
  • 10.放入海参和腐竹的弯角部分(这部位比较硬,要煮长一点时间才软。)
  • 11.放入料酒,蚝油,生抽,老抽煮约15-20分钟。
  • 12.放入腐竹煮10分钟。
  • 13.放入鲍鱼煮约5分钟。
  • 14.放入葱花拌匀即可。
  • 15.鲜美。
