  • 1.八渡笋干泡水两小时,洗净后清水煮熟滤干备用。
  • 2.半肥瘦猪肉切块备用。
  • 3.少油加些盐,放入肥猪肉小火慢炼出油。
  • 4.油炼好了就加入焯熟的笋干,加入料酒,蚝油,最后加入葱段即可出锅。
  • 5.和干煸茶树菇的味道差不多哟。
