抹茶布丁
年前囤了不少抹茶粉价格都不怎么便宜,不过质量都是杠杠滴~
想着在赏味期前尽快把这些抹茶粉都消耗掉,近期应该会有很多抹茶系列了吧
但愿这抹清新的绿能为你在炎热的夏天里带来一丝凉意

Details of ingredients

  • 牛奶200克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 抹茶粉7克
  • 细砂糖25克
  • 吉利丁1片(5克)

Steps to make 抹茶布丁

  • 1.吉利丁放入冰水中泡软备用,抹茶粉过筛备用
  • 2.牛奶+淡奶油混合均匀隔热水小火加热
  • 3.倒入砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 4.将加热的牛奶淡奶油混合液倒一部分进过筛好的抹茶粉中,用手动打蛋器充分搅匀
  • 5.再将搅匀的抹茶淡奶液经过过滤网倒回到剩余的牛奶淡奶油混合液中
  • 6.将混合液隔热水小火加热将泡软的吉利丁沥干水分放入温热的抹茶液中
  • 7.关火快速搅拌抹茶液使吉利丁充分溶解
  • 8.布丁液过筛进隔冰水冷却的容器中
  • 9.待布丁液稍凉后再过滤到隔冰水冷却的布丁瓶中等到布丁液彻底冷却后冷藏一夜至凝固即可食用
