海带冬瓜筒骨汤
筒骨里面有骨髓,含有骨胶原;海带含有很多矿物质,还可以降血糖,降血脂;冬瓜有消炎利尿,降脂减肥的功效,三者一起炖汤,营养丰富,味道鲜美!

Steps to make 海带冬瓜筒骨汤

  • 1.海带提前用清水浸泡俩小时
  • 2.筒骨用清水清洗干净,去除血水
  • 3.冬瓜去皮,切成厚片
  • 4.海带卷起,切成条状
  • 5.起锅烧水,骨头冷水下锅,加入料酒,葱结,姜片,水开撇去血末,捞出过水清洗干净
  • 6.筒骨倒入电饭锅,加入足量的水,加入姜片,葱结,料酒,少许白醋,煮至筷子可以轻松戳进去
  • 7.先下海带,汤不够可以加点开水,再次煮开
  • 8.下入冬瓜,再次煮开
  • 9.下入盐,少许鸡精,白胡椒粉,焖3分钟即可
  • 10.起锅装盘,撒上葱花。
