Steps to make 抹茶熊猫饼干

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.面粉和糖分混合
  • 3.黄油切小块放入面粉和糖粉中
  • 4.将黄油和面粉混合搓成碎屑,来达到酥化的口感(黄油不能提前软化)
  • 5.加入鸡蛋,混合揉成面团,醒15分钟
  • 6.分成150g,80g,30g三个面团
  • 7.大号面团中加两勺抹茶粉,中号面团中加5g低筋粉,小号面团中加2勺抹茶粉,分别揉搓均匀成面团
  • 8.取一块25的原味面团,压平成饼状
  • 9.取3g可可面团,搓成长条,放在上面做鼻子
  • 10.取10g原味面团,压平后覆盖在鼻子上
  • 11.取两块6g的可可面团,搓成长条,放在鼻子的两端做眼睛
  • 12.剩下的原味面团都裹在外面
  • 13.取两块7.5g抹茶面团搓成长条放在两侧做耳朵
  • 14.取12.5g抹茶面团压平放在两个耳朵中间
  • 15.将剩余的抹茶面条擀平
  • 16.把抹茶面皮裹在外面,放冰箱里冻一会
  • 17.切成5mm厚度的小块
  • 18.烤箱预热175度烤25分钟即可
