营养豆渣的另类新吃法------创新芝士焗薯泥
我们喝豆浆一般都不会滤掉豆渣的,但很多TX喝豆浆时还是喜欢把豆渣滤掉,因为感觉豆渣会影响豆浆的口感,可是豆渣其实很有营养,就这样倒掉不是很可惜呢。

Steps to make 营养豆渣的另类新吃法------创新芝士焗薯泥

  • 1.今天薯泥里多加了什么呢,就是豆渣啦,黄豆绿豆红豆适量,提前一晚上泡好,第二天早上起来打成豆浆,豆渣滤出来备用。
  • 2.中等大小的土豆一个,加一些胡萝卜,都切成片,放蒸锅中,水开后30分钟。
  • 3.蒸好后的土豆胡萝卜尽量按压成泥,尽量按细。
  • 4.再加入开始准备好的豆渣,加少量盐和胡椒粉,混合均匀。
  • 5.准备好培根、洋葱、青椒、胡萝卜,都切成丁,蒜一个,切成碎末。
  • 6.锅内加少量油,把蒜末倒入翻炒一下。
  • 7.再把洋葱青椒胡萝卜倒入锅里翻炒,加少量盐和胡椒粉,还可以再加一些披萨草、罗勒和黑胡椒碎,没有就算了。
  • 8.不需要炒很久,小炒一下就可以了,因为到时候还要进烤箱嘛,把炒好的菜菜倒入薯泥中。
  • 9.把拌好的薯泥倒入烤盘中,整理平整。
  • 10.把培根丁平铺在薯泥上。
  • 11.再均匀地铺上一层马苏,呵呵,偶的马苏弄得丑死了,懒得刨,用刀切的。
  • 12.最后把烤箱预热200度,中层,烤15分钟就OK了。
