橙子奶油泡芙
以前去糕点房的时候,女儿总喜欢吃泡芙,自从去年买了烤箱,学了烘焙之后,已经基本不去了。自己做过蛋糕、面包、饼干之类的,但泡芙从没做过。这是我第一次做泡芙,还比较成功,脆脆的表皮,里面夹些自己喜欢的水果和奶油,真的好吃啊。以后用酸奶代替奶油热量低一点

Steps to make 橙子奶油泡芙

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.把盐、糖、水、黄油放入锅中,搅拌均匀,用中火煮到沸腾
  • 3.转小火,一次性倒入面粉,快速搅拌,搅到面粉和水完全融合在一起,关火
  • 4.把面团散开,让它散热
  • 5.等面粉冷却到不烫手时,分多次倒入蛋液,每次搅拌到面糊把鸡蛋充分吸收后再加下一次
  • 6.配方里的蛋液不一定要完全用完,用筷子挑起面糊,面糊呈倒三角,并且不会滑落就可以了
  • 7.用勺子舀到烤盘上
  • 8.烤箱210度预热,上下火中层210度烤10分钟,再180度烤15分钟。取出后放凉,切开中间放你喜欢的馅料
