  • 1.晚上买好的花甲螺,因为店家早上到货,养了一天了,沙子吐干净了,买回家后用水放点油和盐再泡半个小时,泡好洗干净,放点姜片在水里,煮熟!
  • 2.准备葱花香菜蒜米小米辣和姜末。
  • 3.用开水煮熟的花甲螺用凉白开冲冲,或者用干净的水也可以!放入准备好的调料,放两个站冰块,香油,盐,生抽,耗油,鸡精,糖适量拌匀!放冰箱冷藏10分钟!
  • 4.最后装盘,开吃咯!
