Steps to make 茄汁牛腩

  • 1.牛腩切块。
  • 2.牛腩入锅,加入姜片和1勺料酒,焯出血沫。
  • 3.洋葱切片。
  • 4.锅中加入植物油,放入冰糖小火炒。
  • 5.炒成焦糖色时放入牛腩炒匀。
  • 6.加入洋葱炒匀。
  • 7.放入干辣椒,八角,香叶,草果,三奈和花椒粒。
  • 8.炒匀后放入番茄块炒软。
  • 9.加入番茄火锅底料炒匀。
  • 10.倒入适量清水烧开转小火煮2小时即可。
