山楂果酱

山楂,又叫“山里红”、“胭脂果”,它具有很高的营养和药用价值。山楂除鲜食外,可制成山楂片、果丹皮、山楂糕、果脯、山楂酒等。

Steps to make 山楂果酱

  • 1.将山楂洗净沥干备用。
  • 2.用小刀将山楂去柄去头,用笔帽将籽捅出。
  • 3.锅内倒入山楂、冰糖,加入清水(没过红果即可)。
  • 4.大火烧至水开,转小火。
  • 5.待红果煮烂时开始用勺不停搅拌。
  • 6.期间将山楂捻碎,过筛滤掉果渣。
  • 7.加入白糖搅拌均匀,一直熬至有黏性。
  • 8.晾凉放入密闭容中冷藏保存。
