  • 香草精2滴
  • 黄油120克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 朗姆酒10ML

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料。
  • 2.将黄油放室温下软化后加糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.再加入香草精、蛋黄搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再加入朗姆酒搅拌均匀。
  • 5.过筛入低筋面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 6.活成一个光滑的面团(在活的过程中如果比较粘手的话可以加少量面粉防粘)。
  • 7.活好的面团醒20分钟后,擀大约7-8毫米厚的面皮,用圆型模具压成一块块。
  • 8.压好的圆饼上用刀划上花纹。
  • 9.摆如铺好油纸的烤盘中,中间留一定的空隙,烤的过程中它会有一点变大的。
  • 10.放置烤箱中层上下火120度,烤大约20分钟,表面上色即可。
