在外面吃饭,看到有热干面,豪不犹豫就点了,一大盘的面条端到我面前时,香气扑面而来面来,一下子就喜欢上了这没肉也能这样香的面条。于是,有空了,热干面也上了我家餐桌,一口气吃完了,好吃!,那空碗还留有芝麻的香味,难怪这热干面这么受欢迎呢!

    Steps to make 热干面

    • 1.准备好材料
    • 2.水煮开,放入碱面,煮至7分熟
    • 3.煮好的面条放凉水中冲洗
    • 4.捞出沥干水,用香油拌匀,以防粘连,放通风处晾干面条
    • 5.萝卜切小粒,芝麻酱用香油调开,小碗中放入味极鲜酱油,酱油,盐,砂糖拌匀
    • 6.烧开水,放入晾干的面条,烫一分钟即可捞出装盘
    • 7.面条上放上切好的萝卜干,香葱拌匀即可
