  • 柠檬1个
  • 鸡蛋(奶油馅料用)2个
  • 淡奶油90克
  • 细砂糖35克

Steps to make 美味果酱奶油挞,入口甜蜜,挞皮非常的酥松香脆,精致又迷你。

  • 1.我们先做黄油派皮,软化完全的无盐黄油100克、糖粉35克,开始打发。
  • 2.打发至颜色变白,体积变大。
  • 3.加入室温的鸡蛋1个。
  • 4.继续打发均匀。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉200克。
  • 6.用刮刀搅拌均匀。
  • 7.再用手轻轻揉成团。
  • 8.包上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 9.取出冷藏好的面团、先切一部分下来。
  • 10.分成6个小面团,每个40克左右。
  • 11.小面团揉圆放入蛋挞模具,用手按压成均匀的薄片,用叉子戳一些气孔。
  • 12.垫一层油纸放上烘焙石或者黄豆,这样压着底部、烤的时候就不会膨胀变形。烤箱180℃提前预热,先烤10分钟定型,烤好的挞皮,取出放凉备用。
  • 13.把各式果酱均匀的铺平在挞皮里。
  • 14.我们再做一下柠檬奶油馅料,鸡蛋2个、淡奶油90克、细砂糖35克先混合均匀,加入柠檬1个的柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁,混合均匀后倒入挞皮里。
  • 15.烤箱140℃提前预热,烤制35分钟。
  • 16.美味果酱奶油挞,完成O(∩_∩)O
  • 17.派皮的部分用了类似饼干的配方、超级酥松,配上甜蜜松软的果酱、一口咬下去味道丰富甜蜜。
  • 18.自制的苹果果酱、酸酸甜甜,配上香味十足的黄油派皮、味道好极了。
