【辣炒黄豆芽】素菜也够味儿
  纳米在园里吃饭,米妈可以随意做菜,辣椒用的就比较多了。其实纳米也可以吃一点辣的,还以吃出是葱辣蒜辣姜辣辣椒辣椒,但还是不能吃太辣的。所以做饭还是要避开辣椒的。最近喜欢用辣椒粉,炒肉烧菜时加一点,很入味儿。今儿没有用肉,炒了黄豆芽,也很好吃。
  黄豆芽也是素菜中比较出味儿的菜,素高汤通常都会加上黄豆芽。用炒肉的方法炒它也很好吃。

    Steps to make 辣炒黄豆芽

    • 1.  材料图。
    • 2.配菜改刀。
    • 3.平底锅不倒油,烧热后,放上豆芽干炒至豆芽软塌出锅。
    • 4.锅中倒油,先下一勺辣椒粉和姜粉炒出红油,下切好的葱蒜炒香。
    • 5.放上炒过的豆芽翻炒,放上蒜苗及其它配料,加盐糖生抽调味。
    • 6.翻均匀出锅。
