西兰花鸡蛋沙拉
吃瘦身餐,但不单纯吃素。加鸡蛋及红肉精肉和白肉。
尽量少油少盐。买的鸡蛋个头小,15个鸡蛋一共750克,所以一个鸡蛋大约就50克,煮熟去壳以后还是按照100克来算。

  • 7.取出来,我就掰下来约10克的玉米粒。

  • 10.把萝卜跟西兰花放一起。
  • 11.放小许油辣子搅拌一下,不拌匀更好看。
