枸杞养生面包
春天到了,万物生发,气候多变,乍暖还寒。一会冷几天一会热几天的,风沙大,偶有咳嗽,眼睛也干涩。老爸说,泡点枸杞水喝吧,可以缓解缓解。于是泡了点喝了,感觉不错。刚好要做面包了,我想枸杞也能吃,就来做一款枸杞养生面包好了。

枸杞子是好东西,能“滋肾、润肺、明目”,常吃能消除百病,延年益寿。但任何滋朴品都不能过量食用,枸杞子也不例外。一般健康的成年人每天吃20克左右就够了,而且枸杞子含糖量较高,糖尿病患者不能吃多。由于枸杞子温热效果相当强,正在感冒发烧、身体有炎症、腹泻的人最好别吃。最适合吃枸杞的是体质虚弱、抵抗力差的人,一定要长期坚持,每天一点,才能见效。

  • 奶粉20克

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 橄榄油20克
  • 酵母3克
  • 糖粉10克

Steps to make 枸杞养生面包

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.枸杞子提前泡水,因为很多厂家为了枸杞颜色鲜亮就将枸杞硫化了,所以要好好清洗。
  • 3.将高筋面粉过筛到大盆里。
  • 4.依次加入糖粉、盐。
  • 5.加入酵母。
  • 6.加入奶粉。
  • 7.加入鸡蛋。
  • 8.一点一点的加水。
  • 9.和成光滑的面团。
  • 10.面团和好之后摔打几下就可以加入橄榄油了。
  • 11.揉至面团可以拉出薄膜了就行了。
  • 12.将面团滚圆后就包上保鲜膜放温暖处进行基础发酵。
  • 13.待面团发酵至2---2.5倍大时取出,用手沾面粉戳一个洞,不收缩不塌陷就是发好了。
  • 14.面团取出后轻轻揉一会给面团排气。
  • 15.加入泡好沥干的枸杞。
  • 16.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 17.将枸杞面团分成三等份,松弛10分钟。
  • 18.取一份面团搓成圆柱形。
  • 19.从下往上卷。
  • 20.侧面图。
  • 21.然后再搓成橄榄形。
  • 22.放入铺好油纸的烤盘上摆好。
  • 23.放烤箱发酵至2倍大取出刷点水开始烘烤。烤箱175度预热,上下火,中层烘烤,大概15分钟就好了。
